 What if I suffer from motion sickness?
If motion sickness is a concern and you would like to take a precautionary measure, we recommend you speak to a pharmacist as to which tablets are best for you.

What should I wear?
Please ensure you dress for all weather condition, including a jacket, hat, sunscreen and closed in shoes must be worn.

Will we catch fish and see whales?
No guarantee of catching fish or sighting whales. We can only control what we do on our end, the marine life will decide what they do on their end. That’s why they call it fishing and not catching!

What is your cancellation policy?
Should a charter be cancelled due to unsuitable weather or sea conditions, deposits are fully refundable. 50% deposit is required on all exclusive trips to secure the booking. The balance must be made in full onboard the vessel before departure. Deposits are non-refundable within 7 days cancelation. Confirmation will be made by phone and departure details confirmed the day before the trip. No shows on the morning of the trip will forfeit their deposit.
